Science shows that spending time in nature can improve our physical and mental health by decreasing stress and enhancing both our immune system and sleep quality.
What to do:
- Mute all devices
- Find a comfortable place to sit, stand or walk around for 5-10 minutes
- Try to relax, observe, hear and smell the nature around you
- After your Nature Wellness practice, scan the QR code to share your experience
